Ordering Information
Order using our secure shopping cart system and pay with your credit card. You may also send us an e-mail telling us what you want and we'll send you a PayPal invoice. If you prefer to place your order offline, we have a form you can print out. Simply fill in the information and mail it to us with your payment.
Payment Methods We Accept
Through PayPal, Pandora’s Bazaar accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Check Cards, E-checks, and payments directly from your bank account. If you prefer to mail payment, we accept money orders and cashier's checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. We do not currently accept personal or business checks.
Sales Tax Requirements
Companies selling over the Internet are subject to the same sales tax collection requirements as any other retailers. Pandora’s Bazaar will be required to charge sales tax in Florida at 7%.
Shipping Policy
We aim to ship within 48 hours of the time we receive your order. If an order will take longer than 3 days or an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you via email.
We generally ship via USPS Priority and delivery time is generally 3 to 7 days.

In a Hurry?
We are happy to ship your order Express or Overnight. The minimum fee for this is $15.00 and may be higher depending on the weight of the package and its destination. Please e-mail us for more information.
International Customers
Please e-mail us before placing your order. We will figure out postage for you. Additionally, customers outside the U.S. should be aware that they will be responsible for the payment of any duty or excise fees your government charges on imported items.
Our Commitment to Gaia
Pandora's Bazaar recognizes the importance of shipping your items so that they arrive in perfect condition and we use a variety of packing materials to protect the products you've ordered. But we also care about the environment, as do many of our customers. That's why we try hard to recycle and to choose materials that are recyclable, and where possible, made from recycled products. We also take great care to learn where all our products come from and how they are made. We are committed to bringing you only quality items crafted in a positive spirit.
About Availability
This is a small, home-based business. We can usually get your order out within 48 hours. However it is possible that there may be a delay in shipping your order. It may take up to two weeks for an order to be shipped. We will always let you know if there will be a delay with your order.
Returns Policy
Despite our best efforts, we understand that sometimes you just aren't happy with a purchase you make online. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us right away; we certainly want to help you.
You may return most items sold by Pandora’s Bazaar within 14 days of delivery. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns must be in salable condition, with all original materials and packing. We'll pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. We cannot accept returns of certain items, including herbs and potions.
Exchanges and returns should be insured. Pandora’s Bazaar takes no responsibility for exchanges and returns which have been lost in the mail.
Refund Policy
We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. It is the policy of Pandora’s Bazaar to keep your email address and any other information we may collect from you completely private. We do not rent, exchange, or sell our customer information to anyone. We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order.
