How do I submit an order?
You can order through the website using our secure shopping cart system. Through PayPal, you can pay with a credit card, check card, or directly from your bank account. If you prefer to place your order offline, we have a form you can print out. Simply fill it out and mail it to us with your payment.
How much is sales tax?
There is no sales tax when shopping online outside the state of Florida. Florida residents are required to pay 7% sales tax.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Through PayPal, Pandora’s Bazaar accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Check Cards, E-checks, and payments directly from your bank account. If you prefer to mail payment, we accept money orders and cashier's checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. We do not currently accept personal or business checks.
Is it safe to use my credit card online?
We recognize and respect the privacy and confidentiality of our customers, and in our continued commitment, Pandora’s Bazaar uses secure socket layer (SSL) encryption technology to secure its shopping site.
Your privacy is important to us. It is the policy of Pandora’s Bazaar to keep your email address and any other information we may collect from you completely private. We do not rent, exchange, or sell our customer information.
How are your orders shipped?
Generally, we ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS). We send via Priority Mail, First Class, and Parcel Post. Occasionally, we'll ship through UPS.
Do you have a catalog?
Pandora’s Bazaar does not have a printed catalog. We add new items to our product line frequently, and each printed catalog edition would be outdated before it was released.
